Formerly the home of the Pemberton family, Ramside Hall was transformed into a hotel in 1963. Whilst the tradition of friendly service, good value and a warm welcome remains, the structure is now vastly different, and Ramside is proud to be the North-East's largest privately-owned Hotel, with golf.

Ramside Hall Hotel has built an enviable reputation for receptions and can cater for all sizes of Weddings from 10 to 350 guests.

As well as having an excellent choice of facilities we also have delightful grounds and gardens for open air receptions and photographs; arguably the best bedrooms in the North, including two Presidential Suites and a variety of Four-Posters; and a totally flexible attitude with regard to your catering requirements.
